When will I receive my team photo products?
We work with the officials at your club to receive all names that need to go on your team photo. Once we have these names we can produce your products and you will be able to view them. We will send your club officials an 'order now' flyer for them to share once the products are ready.
The Official Team Photo you will receive as part of your club offer will be delivered to the club - some may chose to hand them out at presentation night, ask your team manager to find out.
Please note that we work with lots of volunteers who have limited time - sometimes it takes a while to get the names we need. Please be patient!
Can I view my images first?
Yes! You can view your digital products in your Club Gallery before purchasing. Ask your team manager for your access code.
Why is an access code required to see team photos?
Access codes are now in place as a security precaution to align with child safety policy. To get your team's access code contact your team's representative or team manager. They have been provided with a link and an access code to share.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay any other way?
Yes, on the PayPal checkout select "Pay With Credit or Debit Card"
