Since 2008, Field of View Sports Photography has proudly worked with sports clubs across Melbourne, capturing team photos, game day action, club memorabilia, honour boards, and more for:

Our club offer is a streamlined system that offers tailored packages at no net cost to your club. Each player receives an Official Team Photo, ideal for handing out at presentation night, and we produce additional digital products that can be viewed and bought online.
How it works
Every player receives:

📌 Please note: This offer is only available as a whole-club buy-in — not individual teams. All registered (Junior OR Senior) players must be included.

Offer A – $17/player → An 8x12" printed team photo (without names) + 4 hours of action on-site, back-to-back games

💡 The per-player cost covers both the printed Official Team Photo and action photography services.
This is designed to be on-charged to players — some clubs add $$ for fundraising, while others chose to subsidise: it's up to you!
🎥 Game Day Coverage
Clubs booking the Club Offer C will qualify for FREE Game Day Photography (subject to scheduling).
Non-participating clubs are still welcome to book game coverage as a standalone service at standard rates.
How to Collect Payment
Clubs can collect the fee easily by:

Including it in player registration fees, OR

Using platforms like Square or TryBooking to collect upfront from families
This guarantees full participation and removes admin on photo day
Clubs receive one simple, itemised invoice. Once paid, we:

✅ Share digital team and fun shots via WeTransfer (for club use only, ideal for presentation and social media use)
🔒 Introduced in 2025, we now Password-protected galleries for greater privacy and security to help with Child Safe Policies.
❌ End of Online Orders
Due to rising operational costs, we can no longer offer our online store for individual photo purchases — a service we’ve proudly run for 15 years.
